The Saucey Queen, aka Leisa Stanford, creates preserves and cakes inspired by flavours that first nations people have been using for generations. Her award-winning produce includes Apricot and Roasted Wattleseed Jam, River Mint and Apple Chutney, and Beetroot and Mountain Pepperberry Relish.
