Please arrive at 10.15am for a 10.30am start

This workshop is for you if you're:

  • Curious (and maybe unconvinced) about fermented foods – you’ve heard about their health benefits, but you're not sure they’re your thing
  • Keen for new ways to make the most of your home-grown harvest
  • Looking for natural ways to boost your well-being or deal with a chronic health issue

What you’ll learn:

  • How to preserve your homegrown, foraged or locally sourced produce using this age-old technique
  • Why fermented foods are so good for you - spoiler alert, it’s got lots to do with good bugs and gut health, but that’s only the half of it.
  • How to make the most of great-tasting fermented foods – tips, tricks, and recipes to get you started

Workshop takeaway:   A jar of scrumptious fermented goodies made on the day to kindle your passion for preserving.

About your presenter:

Natasha Vorogushin (Tash) from Tash Can Cook. Tash is a personal chef and caterer. She creates nutritious, delicious meals from scratch, using local, organically grown produce.
