- Creative Harvest is an outdoor event and will proceed in all weather conditions

- All sales are final. Tickets are transferrable but not refundable
- All weekend passes allow access to all gardens on both Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 of the weekend event

- Tickets to individual gardens allow access to that garden only and can only be used once
