If you are interested in being a stallholder at Creative Harvest 2024 please complete this form. Please note, no payment is required at this point in time, once we have reviewed your application we will be in touch to finalise your booking.

Please note, not all of our gardens can guarantee a power supply so stallholders need to be prepared to provide their own power generator if required.

Statement of Trade

If you are selling food or drink of any type you must lodge a statement of trade with the local council prior to selling at Creative Harvest.

If you do not have your own insurance, BBSN can supply you with a casual daily insurance cover (14 days’ notice is required).

I acknowledge that to be eligible for coverage under the Baw Baw Sustainability Network (BBSN) insurance for Public Liability, hobbyist stallholders meeting the above “stallholder type” criteria must become members of the BBSNView terms

I acknowledge the right of organisers or those engaged by the organisers to take photographs of my staff and stall for the publicity purposes of Creative Harvest

I agree to abide by the decisions made by the Creative Harvest Committee

I understand that my stallholder fee must be paid by the due date to confirm my stall
