Creative Harvest 2024 Competition

1. Competition Period
The competition opens at 9 am on Saturday, 15 October 2023, and 9pm Monday 15 January 2024.

2. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must scan the Creative Harvest QR code on the poster or banner and subscribe to Creative Harvest to receive news and updates, including notifications about when tickets for Creative Harvest 2024 go on sale.

3. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected using a 'random picker' app.
Drawn 5pm Tuesday 16 January 2024. The winner will be notified via email by Friday 19 January 2024.

 

4. Prize Detail
The winner will receive a prize package with a total value of $500, including:

  • Weekend Pass* to Creative Harvest 2024 $66

  • A pair of Merry People boots $149.95

  • Creative Harvest Tote Bag $25.00

  • Subscription to PIP Magazine. Value $59.00

  • Penny Woodward’s book 'Growing Easy Herbs for Beauty, Fragrance and Flavour' $25

  • 2 tickets* to Penny’s Creative Harvest 'Herbs for Cooking, Medicine and Pleasure' workshop $40

  • 1 Pair of Green Leaf Pro Gardening Gloves size Medium $30

  • 1 kilo of Green Hills Farm mixed garlic $45

  • Helen Timbury linocut greeting card box set $30

  • Heirloom Seed Pack $30

 

*Weekend Pass can be either 2 adult passes or 1 family pass. If the winner has already purchased a pass to Creative Harvest 2024 or the Herbs for Cooking, Medicine and Pleasure workshop, they will be refunded the purchase ticket price (excluding fees) upon verification.

 

5. Prize Collection
The winner will collect the prize from one of the gardens during the Creative Harvest Weekend (27 & 28 January 2024) to be pre-determined by the event organiser and communicated with the winner. If the winner is unable to collect the prize, an alternate pick-up option will be sort.

6. Event Details
Creative Harvest is an annual event organised by the Baw Baw Sustainability Network, a not-for-profit community group dedicated to leading and taking action on sustainable living in the region.

7. General Terms
Participants must comply with the entry requirements outlined in section 2.


By entering the competition, participants agree to receive news and updates from Creative Harvest.
The winner's name may be announced on Creative Harvest and Baw Baw Sustainability Network's official platforms.


The decision of the organisers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition results. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

9. Modification of Terms
The organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition or any of the terms and conditions without notice.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and may be shared with partners involved in prize fulfilment.

By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
