Creative Harvest 2027 Subscribe and Win: Terms and Conditions
Last updated 7 October 2026
1. The promoter
The promoter is the Baw Baw Sustainability Network (BBSN), ABN 58 561 087 393, a volunteer-run charity registered with the ACNC. BBSN runs Creative Harvest.
2. Who can enter
-
The competition is open to residents of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 and over, who are existing or new subscribers to the Creative Harvest newsletter.
-
Members of the BBSN committee and the Creative Harvest committee, and their immediate families, can't win a prize. They may stay subscribed to the newsletter.
-
If one of them is drawn, that draw is void and a new winner is drawn straight away, at the same time and place.
-
The winner's age and Victorian residency will be confirmed before the prize is awarded.
3. Competition period
The competition opens on Sunday 4 October 2026 and closes at 12.30pm on Sunday 24 January 2027, during the festival weekend. All times in these terms are Victorian time (AEDT).
4. How to enter
Entry is free.
-
New subscribers. Subscribe to the Creative Harvest newsletter during the competition period, by scanning the QR code on a Creative Harvest poster, banner, flyer or competition board, including at the garden entrances during the festival weekend, or at www.creativeharvest.org.au. Each new subscriber receives 1 entry.
-
Existing subscribers. Everyone subscribed before 4 October 2026 is entered automatically, with 1 entry each.
-
You must still be subscribed when the competition closes. Unsubscribing before the close removes your entries from the draw.
-
Entries are counted per email address. Subscribing more than once with the same address does not add entries.
5. Bonus entry for ticket buyers
Subscribers receive 1 bonus entry for every Creative Harvest 2027 festival ticket or workshop order placed by 11.59pm on Thursday 31 December 2026.
-
Bonus entries apply to both existing and new subscribers.
-
Festival ticket orders and workshop bookings both count.
-
Bonus entries are counted per order, not per ticket. An order for a family pass earns 1 bonus entry, the same as an order for a single pass.
-
The email address used to place the order must match the email address you subscribed with.
-
Tickets go on sale on 1 November 2026, at their normal price. There is no extra cost for bonus entries.
6. The prize
One winner receives a prize pack valued at $904.95, plus a Creative Harvest weekend pass. The weekend pass value will be added here when ticket prices are released on 1 November 2026.

No part of the prize can be exchanged for cash, apart from the weekend pass credit above.
7. The draw
The winner will be drawn live at 1.30pm on Sunday 24 January 2027 at Yarragon Uniting Church Hall, 7-9 Campbell Street, Yarragon VIC 3823. The Creative Harvest committee Chair will run the draw using a random selection app, giving every entry an equal chance. The draw will be shared on Creative Harvest's social media.
8. Winner notification and publication
-
The winner will be notified in writing, by email to their subscription address by 5pm on Sunday 24 January 2027. Where we have a number, we'll also phone and text them on the day.
-
The winner's first name, last initial and town will be published on the Creative Harvest website, www.creativeharvest.org.au, from Sunday 24 January 2027 for at least 28 days.
-
The winner will also be announced on Creative Harvest's Facebook (facebook.com/creativeharvestgippsland) and Instagram (instagram.com/creativeharvestgippsland) on the same day.
-
The same notification and publication terms apply to any redrawn winner, from the day of the redraw.
9. Prize delivery
-
If the winner is at the festival on Sunday 24 January, we'll try to get the prize to them that afternoon.
-
Otherwise, we'll contact the winner to arrange collection from Yarragon South, or delivery to an address in Victoria, at no cost to the winner.
-
Vouchers may be sent by email.
-
The prize will be delivered within 28 days of the draw in which it is won. For the original draw, that is by Sunday 21 February 2027.
10. Unclaimed prize and redraw
-
These terms allow the prize to be redrawn if it isn't claimed.
-
The winner claims the prize by replying to the notification email within 5 days of the draw, by 12pm on Friday 29 January 2027. A winner we reach on the day can claim straight away.
-
We'll make every reasonable effort to reach the winner, by email and, where we have a number, by phone. A redraw only takes place if those efforts fail.
-
If the prize isn't claimed by the deadline, it is forfeited and redrawn at 12pm on Monday 1 February 2027, at 460 Yarragon South Road, Yarragon South VIC 3823. The redrawn winner must claim within 5 days, by 12pm on Saturday 6 February 2027.
-
If that prize isn't claimed, a final redraw takes place at 12pm on Monday 8 February 2027, at the same address. That winner must claim within 5 days, by 12pm on Saturday 13 February 2027.
-
Any prize still unclaimed after the final redraw will be dealt with under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic).
11. General terms
-
By entering, you agree to these terms and to receive news and updates from Creative Harvest.
-
The promoter's decision on the draw is final.
-
BBSN may change or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control require it, subject to any direction from the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission. Any change will be published on this page.
-
BBSN keeps records of the draw, contact attempts with winners, and winner announcements for 3 years.
12. Privacy
-
Personal information collected for this competition is used to run the competition and to send Creative Harvest news and updates.
-
The winner's name and contact details are shared only with the prize donors who need them to supply the prize.
-
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any Creative Harvest email. Unsubscribing before the close removes your entries from the draw.
