Creative Harvest 2025 Competition. 'Subcribe and Win'
Competition Terms and Conditions 2025
1. Competition Period
The competition opens at 9 am on Friday, 1 November 2024, and ends at 11.59 pm Monday 13 January 2025.
2. How to Enter
a. To enter the competition, participants must subscribe to Creative Harvest to receive news and updates, including notifications about when tickets for Creative Harvest 2025 go on sale. They can do this by scanning the Creative Harvest QR code on the poster, banner or flyer or by heading directly to www.creativeharvest.org.au
Or
b. Be one of the first 40 people to buy tickets, which go on sale on Friday, 1 November 2024. This entitles them to two entries into the Subscribe and Win Competition.
c. Current subscribers who buy a ticket before 31 December 2024 and are automatically entered 1 entry per booking order in the prize draw.
3. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected using a 'random picker' app. Drawn by the Creative Harvest committee Chair at 5pm Tuesday 14 January 2025. The winner will be notified via email by Friday 17 January 2025.

*Weekend Pass can be either 2 adult passes or 1 family pass. If the winner has already purchased a pass to Creative Harvest 2025 or Caroline Parker's workshop, they will be refunded the purchase ticket price (excluding fees) upon verification.
5. Prize Collection
The winner will collect the prize from one of the gardens during the Creative Harvest Weekend (25 & 26 January 2025), to be pre-determined by the event organiser and communicated to the winner. If the winner is unable to collect the prize, an alternate pick-up option will be arranged.
6. Event Details
Creative Harvest is an annual event organised by the Baw Baw Sustainability Network, a not-for-profit community group dedicated to leading and taking action on sustainable living in the region.

7. General Terms
Participants must comply with the entry requirements outlined in section 2.
By entering the competition, participants agree to receive news and updates from Creative Harvest.
The winner's name may be announced on Creative Harvest and Baw Baw Sustainability Network's official platforms.
The organisers' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition results.
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
No element of the prize can be exchanged for cash. The pass is only redeemable for the 2025 event. If the winner cannot attend Creative Harvest in 2025 they may gift it to a friend or family member - advising the Creative Harvest organisers of this.
8. Modification of Terms
The organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition or any terms and conditions without notice.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected during the competition will be used to administer the competition and may be shared with partners involved in prize fulfilment.
By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
