Carrie's love affair with the Australian bush goes back to her rural upbringing in the Southern Riverina. Now resident in West Gippsland, Carrie creates landscapes and still lives (mostly birds) in oil. She works with a palette knife and a brush to give her work the texture and thickness she desires.
