A Shared Table: Celebrating Gippsland Jersey at Creative Harvest

At Creative Harvest, we believe that food is never just food. It is a story, a connection, a labor of love, and a community effort. On the day of the event, Gippsland Jersey will supply the cream, milk, and butter used in the freshly baked scones, lovingly prepared by the CWA Drew and Nighthawks. Their rich cream will crown each scone, while their milk will be poured into every cup of tea and coffee shared around the table. These simple moments of generosity and nourishment sit at the heart of what Creative Harvest is all about.

Gippsland Jersey’s Contribution

Gippsland Jersey’s contribution goes far beyond what is served at our event. They are a farmer-owned cooperative made up of 12 Gippsland dairy farming families. Together, they are creating a more sustainable way forward.
